_{You need to be 17 in most cases before learning to drive on the road and you need to be in possession of a valid provisional licence before you take your first driving lessons. Fill in a form D1 form from the post office and send it to the DVLA (address on back of form) with your passport or birth certificate, and a passport-sized photo. You can also apply online.}

_{I will give you an idea of how many lessons you are going to need at the end of your first lesson. The national average is approx 45 hours for people who also have 20hours of private practice( perhaps in mums car) Two-hour lessons and reading up on the theroy of driving , watching videos can help you learn faster.}

_Theory

_{Pupils are advised to study the highway code and then follw the link below to PRACTICE the theory BUT learn the highwaycode first and study the current bank of questions}

_{Mock Test}

_{When you are driving to the required standard ( your progress sheet will be A grades ) I carry out a mock test, we leave from the test centre waiting room, just like the real thing, we do an actual test route, and I mark a copy of a test sheet. This gives you an idea of what it is going to be like on the day. If you think you will be nervous of driving with a stranger ( examiner) for the test , you are allowed to have either your instructor or a friend / family sitting in the back, they are not allowed to comment or advise.}

_{Intensive Course}

_{Learn to drive in days not weeks or months . we offer fast track driving lessons, intensive 10 day courses with 3 hours per day .}

_{If you have not yet taken your theory test we offer semi intensive in which you start weekly and when the theory test is passed you can have a lesson every day for a week before your test.}
